We offer a full in-house embroidery service. We do everything from digitising your artwork ready for embroidering your garments through to the high-quality embroidering of logos and images. Our state of the art embroidery includes a ZSK Sprint 6, 12 needle, single head embroidery machine which raises the bar for embroidery. The newly designed slimmest cylinder arm within the industry allows for embroidery on challenging items such as small pockets and socks, which may have been near to impossible to do before. Running at a top speed of 1200 rpm, whilst maintaining the high quality stitching the ZSK machines are known for, the Sprint 6 is ideal for small one off runs.
If you require greater capacity then we have the innovative ZSK Racer 6 machine which sets the world standard for multi-head tubular embroidery machines. This Six Head embroidery machine is ideal for small to large embroidery requirements. The Racer Serie 6 machinery is built with extreme precision to give customer consistent high-quality results on every garment. Use it as embroidery only or add unique options to diversify your business.

CAD Cut Heat Press Printing is printing suited to small runs and individual names and numbers. It is a smart and cost-effective way of printing low volume work. Cad Cut Printing (Also known as Vinyl Cut). Transfer printing is a fast, low-cost way of producing small quantities of printed work wear or printed clothing.
It is also very versatile and can be used on virtually all types of products including T-Shirts, polo shirts, work shirts, bags, caps, micro-fleeces, workwear and lots more. If you have any doubts then simply ask our staff and we’ll give you advice.
The different types of vinyl allow for different specialist effects that your designs can be made from or that could be added to certain elements of your design to make it stand out from the rest.
The most popular effects include glitter printing, glow in the dark printing, reflective printing and flock printing. The process of printing these special effect materials is exactly the same; a plotter is used to cut the design from the material before it is applied using an industrial heat press on to the garment itself.
