What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?

Where TVC Supplies processes sensitive personal data, we do so on the basis that the Client has established a lawful exception to the prohibition on processing sensitive personal data under Article 9 of the Regulation; and where TVC Supplies is processing sensitive personal data , it does so pursuant to its employment relationship with its personnel and so uses the exception set out in paragraph 2(b) of Article 9 of GDPR.

TVC Supplies only keeps personal data for as long as is necessary. For example, TVC Supplies is required to retain certain information in accordance with the general law, where information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices.
